We help a person ask a company to delete personal data it holds about them. A licensed attorney reviews the work. Shook Law PLLC is the law firm you would retain.
A standard removal request is a flat $10 per company, paid before we send it. It is also included at no added cost for a Neon Law Personal Plan, as a member. Whether a particular request is available, and what it can achieve, depends on the company, the records, and the law that applies; a request outside this standard scope is quoted before any work on it begins.

How the record works
Verified by a lawyer, then recorded on Solana.
We verify your removal request before anything leaves the firm. Once a licensed attorney has confirmed it, we upload a record of that request to Solana. The record is a fingerprint and a timestamp, never the request itself and never your data.
You send the request
Name the company and what you want deleted. We quote the matter before any work begins.

The attorney checks the request against what you sent and signs off before it goes out.

A hash of the verified request is written to the chain, binding the firm's attestation to that moment.

Privacy
Only a hash goes on the chain. Your request, your name, and the data you want deleted stay with the firm, never on a public ledger.
Security
Each record is attested by a licensed attorney before it is written. You can check it against the chain later instead of trusting a screenshot or an email thread.
Federated work
Our lawyer-attested nodes are run by licensed practices, not one company. Where your data has been removed from is recorded across them, so the provenance does not depend on a single vendor's database.
Our lawyer-attested nodes can be used for long-term provenance of where your data has been removed from. Each attestation is a licensed attorney's record that a request was made, and it stays readable after the company, the email thread, and the firm's own files have moved on.
A record that a request was made is not a promise that the company complied. What a company deletes, and when, depends on the company, the records, and the law that applies. This is an attorney advertisement.
